I agree with you. The charging device made in China certainly is one that should be changed, modified or be redone completely to deliver a much better product to the buying consumer.
In the last three years I have bought at least six MSA 30 X Sound Amplifiers that had these defective amplifiers.
Additionally, the wiring system from the amplifier to the ear plug is cheaply made, hence the wiring harness will unravel, tera and separate from the complete unit, thus causing no sound reaching the customer's ear. If the company continues to manufacture and sell a product such as this would be a injustice to them as well as to the buying public.
